ok guys still working on this one positive thing. my positive thing for the day is i cleaned my house and changed my sheets so i have nice clean sheets to sleep in tonight. what positive things do you have today?

I love that you did all that. It gives me incentive to do something. I am Struggling with anxiety as well as problems with sleep. It’s hard to not just sit from being so tired but I am asking God to help me in this battle .... not only for myself but for all of you.
