Hi chloelouisxxx,
When in need for help there’s nothing wrong with speaking out what you’re dealing with to describe the problem when you don’t know the solution.
What you speak is all about the intentions of the heart, thus because with a spirit of sincerely wanting, to get Better or, to help those you’re speaking to get Better, for example via a testimony to help others not give up, your words can bring about good results.
One thing I’ve learned to do is not dwell on the problem and begin to speak, in faith, the desired results over myself or tell my stories along with what works or worked for me. It may not happen in an instant but most times the good results eventually come.
For example, if not too private, knowing the problems you deal with now, what does the #1 change you hope for, within you regarding that situation, that would bring you more peace & joy, sound like to you?
Of course. You ripped the bandaid off, and now you’re in the “Ow, ow ow” stage. However asking for help is a huge step forward in recovery. 🙂
It is perfectly normal! It takes time to heal and get better but that can only start to happen once you've opened up and talk about your issues. So while you may feel worse now, you'll only start to rationalize your problems, learn from them, and heal yourself.
So good job love, it's the first step in the right direction! ❤️
No, you did the right thing! Get what you need to help you succeed because the clock never stops ticking! Don’t wait...just do it! ☀️🙂☀️
