Hello, I don't really know how this works but I'm here. I found this site through work and I mainly came here because I suffer daily with feelings of hopelessness Worthlessness which I feel that no one understands. I literally don't want to be doing any of the things that I have to do. I'd much rather lay in bed and sulk all day. My night are the worst. I have to force myself to sleep and pray that I don't let my anxiety catch up to me. I suffer with heart palpitations and constant fear of impending death. I see no purpose in just daily chores or anything that requires consistent energy. sometime the anxiety gets so bad that I want to literally jump out of my own body.
