I after reading many posts feel like that I am not alone and thats a great news.Esp the sad stories -they are telling me that I am not alone sufferer on plnaet earth and the success stories tell me that Yes I too can recover.

Hugs back and thanks for the welcome.Honestly have lost tonees of friends as they no longer respect me becoz couldnot attend job and earn they think I am fooling around.It hurts and also family use some sick words but thats okay.Thanks again

Yes, you are not alone! I can relate to some of your anxieties and am trying to take things one day, one hour, one minute at a time. Had a minor freak out about driving our stick shift car today and plan on taking it out to practice driving it. Everyone here has their own issues, but can help support each other, which is why I keep coming back.
