I’m having second guesses on my appointment with my doctor tomorrow for a diagnosis. What if I’m just being silly and I’m fine? I mean the military offers a great retirement plan, who am I not to take up on it? Maybe I should just do it anyway and suck it up. Idk I’m panicking.

There's nothing silly with trying to get assistance. Your body let's you know when something is wrong. Don't panic over something that can help you feel better.
Your not being silly , you feel uncomfortable. Why not go n clear your head . Just my opinion.
It seems like you've answered your own question...take the retirement ….you're not un-worthy.
