It’s currently 530am where I am. I have to work my double shift today as I do every Friday. Every time I feel like I can finally relax my current problems I’ve been dealing with start floating In my head. My chest is tight. I keep doing breathing exercises but as soon as I stop my chest tightens again. I took my prescribed sleeping pills around 230. But here I am still awake, still on the borderline of having an anxiety attack. Knowing that in 3 hours I have to “wake up” and start my day that won’t even have a view of a bed until 11pm.

That’s the worst when that happens. I feel your suffering I’ve had insomnia for months before and got very little sleep and had to work. It was awful.
