Insomnia : Hello everyone ,i am a 25 yr... - Anxiety and Depre...

Melintonin. Or tart cherry juice helps with insomnia.
Is it dark there ? Like winter? You maybe have a seasonal change. Or just need to sleep.
Talk to someone. A professional. And counselors and us.
Magnesium helps as well. You could also turn on sleep music.
Hi. First of all, your body will not give up on you. It might feel like it, but our bodies can endure one heck of a lot. I went through 7 months of barely any sleep (absolute none at nights, very little during the days) and I'm still here. It is beyond torturous to go without sleep, but you will get through it (trust me on this one...) Every little thing becomes a trigger when we go off of no sleep. Can I ask what your story is behind no sleep (insomnia, etc.)?Second of all, you might want to tell your doctor. They might be able to help with suggestions.
Thank u
I don't know ,i am suffering from anxiety buy still i used to sleep properly at night but suddenly from 3 days i have not slept at all
What has been on your mind?
3 days zero sleep as in no naps warrants addressing the root cause as to why you are not sleeping. Anxiety, stress, some sort of trauma happen recently, anything new as in physical illness? Anything such as noisy neighbors or distraction out of your control occurring?
I’d be talking to my doctor. There’s a couple of us that know what’s happens to body when we get NO sleep. I hope you get some sleep soon. Take care.
I am suffering from anxiety and panic attacks at night ,when i suffered some panic attacks atnight it was horrible ,latter i decided to sleep very late till dawn ,so that the gap between night and mornning gets short...u have anxiety but when i try to sleepi don't think my mind's is hitting the wrong bushes that time ,i don't know ,
Either way, your are maneuvering around panic attacks and when anxiety seems to be calmer. I am assuming you have decent slumber changing sleep to later till after dawn. Working with your anxiety and not against it will be through help of your doctor. Altering, changing sleep times eventually messes up your natural circadian rhythm, things become out of sync which is very hard to correct, in some cases almost impossible if it goes on too long.
Best advice is to seek advice from your doctor.
