Just a poem called...

“ Expressive Meditation “

Its crazy realizing the irony of posting on instagram when all i currently feel is gut wrenching pain ,I’m a stick in the deepest ,darkest, pits of the abyss with no way of escaping, my mind is numb my body is stiff. Please someone help! #butdotheyevennotice...

Tears dripping damaging what most call the newest form of communication, when in my reality, deep down, this bright screen, this distraction provided to us, steering us away from real issues......

Its the only thing that hides my pain,

Its the only thing keeping me alive!

Is pain love?

Is love pain?

Seems like the more pain i have the more fake love i recieve. The “i feel sorrys” the “they know whats best” the if i were you’s”!

Never really understanding this broken souls perspective! Is that it? Has humanity failed me! Will i float through this life with perceived contentment, never really having the needs i need?

Sitting here listening to the negativity and insults...

I'm not offended if it helps you to express your pain....then it's healing...and that's helpful.
