Sometimes I just have to laugh at this anxiety. I'm laying here with earphones on listening to meditation sounds to bring calm. My mind just went to thinking about how I won't hear something I may need to hear in my house with these earphones on. Just that quick lol

Great! Gives it less power, I crack myself up all the time.
