So on Saturday from 8am to 4:30pm I'm going to do a first aid + CPR thing (for the one day) for my college course.
In saying that, I'll be by myself in the sense that I won't have any familiar faces with me (which makes me nervous)
I went to the vet today since my cats been ill and on my own which I thought would be good practice (plus going to college I'm going to have to get use to being out of my comfort zone for a bit).
Any advice? I'm trying not to overthink it or work myself up but I'm open to tips for the day of!
Thanks

All I can say is that you got this!! Just go through the material and make sure you know what you are doing. You will be great. You will impress everyone in that room. Best of luck!
I did a CPR class like that for volunteer work that I did and I loved the class. It was really interesting. I didn't know anyone in the class either.
Look at it was a way to learn something new. As you said, try to not overthink it. In my mind (scary place😊), I'm always imagining the worst and worry too much. The thing I worried about never turns out to be the scary thing i thought. I'm still working on this myself.
I wouldn't worry about who you're going to be with. It's a learning experience. You're there to better yourself and your career. Good luck and have fun with it.
