Insomnia much?

Just randomly wide awake after trying to fall asleep for one hour and if I can't get to sleep tomorrow I ruined. I'm on lunesta, which is ok most of the time, except when it doesn't. Any tips out there? Sleepless for 3 years...

I have the same problem. I didn't like the lunesta because it gave me a metallic taste in my mouth. I have ambien and klonopin for sleep but I also wake up and then will eat and read. I'm trying to stop the eating part. I tend to flip around in bed which also wakes me up through the night.

If you take on a completely empty stomach it works for me. I don't take it until 5 hours after my last meal. It is completely ineffective for me if my stomach in not empty
