Are there any local groups that you can join, or maybe coffee mornings close by that you could go to?

Hi there must be groups for older people near you. You don't say what country you are in so my advice must be limited to the UK.

Here there are 2 national groups. One if called Meet Up and the other is called U3A. You can google them. x
