I always feel most down when I’ve gone awhile between workouts. I had my first workout in 3 weeks (due to vacation and health reasons) yesterday. I felt SO good last night and again tonight. I’m still not 100% when I workout as much as I want to, but I want to remind people here that exercise really does help. It doesn’t matter if it’s just a brisk walk, running a half marathon, or time spent with the barbell, getting your blood pumping and endorphins going makes a difference.
