Hi am afraid of shaky hands .....when am angry or afraid I normally feel shaky hands is that anxiety disorder

what makes you angry....is this something that has just happened?..and when we get an adrenaline rush from anger sometimes....we could be shaky from that...it goes away.

Ok let me explain to you long ago I got scared one day and have seen myself shaking and again so many times I have observed I normally feel shaky hands whenever am angry so i got scared I always think that my hands will shake

I'm sorry your worry has you thinking that. but the truth is...most people wound not even notice, they are usually too caught up in their own stuff to worry about us. If anyone said anything, so what.....then they are the fool not you, for being so petty.

May I ask if you are in therapy for this anxiety, or on any medication to help with it.

I would strongly recommend you do find a therapist that understands health anxiety...be up front about your fears when finding a therapist so they know how to best help teach you coping methods and also understanding your anxiety. |Best wishes to you, and glad your sharing here about it....

Will ssri and benzo really help I know these drugs am a nurse

I think it will, I am using Paxil and it seems to help a lot
