Hi.. I’m looking for somebody to talk to that could perhaps offer me some guidance in life.. I’m feeling an episode coming on. I’m feeling stuck, upset, and sad.. there’s so much going on and at the same time nothing at all. I’m just very lost.

How I know that feeling! Overwhelmed yet not moving. If you need to talk...my life is a mess...but I have always been very clear about seeing others and their paths that they are on, and can offer my small help wholeheartedly.
