I am doing not bad mood wise. I was able to stop thinking about getting old and experiencing pain in my foot, leg, ribs, etc. I focused on tasks in hand and accomplished a few important tasks yesterday. I want to try a different brace for foot and other measures.
Lesson refreshed: to reduce axiety focus on “now”, do what you can. Think of hope, not all bad things at the moment will get worse, at least not soon, some can get better.
