I am doing not bad mood wise. I was able to stop thinking about getting old and experiencing pain in my foot, leg, ribs, etc. I focused on tasks in hand and accomplished a few important tasks yesterday. I want to try a different brace for foot and other measures.
Lesson refreshed: to reduce axiety focus on “now”, do what you can. Think of hope, not all bad things at the moment will get worse, at least not soon, some can get better.
I wish you dear friends to use those simple thoughts I used yesterday, and I hope they would help you today.

Great job morenews! I just love to hear it when someone begins to employ positive, mind-altering changes in their life! You will figure out more and more positive things to do for yourself now that your mind is open and you’ve felt/seen positive results! I’m really happy for you! Creative thinking is now rolling and things can only get better 😁
sometimes you have to let it go when you feel lost, no decisions, just let yourself be...it will be more clear later. I do that sometimes and it helps.
