No but I deal with it too. It truly is life altering. I can’t do freeways, bridges, divided highways, any road where there is no quick escape.

I’ve been told by professional a that exposure therapy is the way to go. I don’t have a family memberwhom I want to take along, so I have not tried it.

I am thinking of trying a course I found on line- Driving Fear no more. I hope it helps that you are not alone- we are not alone. Driving phobias are some of the most common
