Getting out of my bed and becoming independent.

I sometimes feel like a failure and when I am anxious I feel that it is difficult to do small activities that i used to do. I also need to know if the medication is the right one bcz I have been taking them for over one year but the rivotril for more than 10 years. I just want to feel independent and able to get out of my bed and do the routine things that I used to do. I even feel nervouse to drive but especially to fly on a plane which I used to do in the past.

I have driven longer than 20 minutes away from home for a year, i used to drive all over. I feel restricted and upset about that but my anxiety is so bad when I drive now. I also haven’t worked in months. I don’t want to be this way but I went through a very bad spell of depression and anxiety and have been digging out the past year. I pray for you increasing independence.

Me too sometimes.
