Get moving-walking, ridding the bike, burn some energy. Stop the caffeine and sugar. Get to your doctor for a physical. Try crossword puzzles, number games work for me. Also headspace app, I highly recommend this app. Get to your MD to get something quick acting to get you feelings better. Ativan helps me a lot, plus it helps with sleep.

Hi, You are not alone! I have been there. Have you seen a Dr about how you are feeling and what is going on?

If not, see your Dr first, he/she will be able to refer you to a therapist. You may need meds for your issues, but not always.

I have has anxiety and depression issues most of my life and finally went into therapy in my early 20's.

It was the best decision I ever made!

Keep in mind there will be peaks and valleys, but just for now, see your Dr about this.

Keep coming back here. There is ALWAYS someone online to help you with whatever you are going through.
