Iv given up its been 2 years since this herrendous anxiety and depression started since my thyroid levels became unstable...

Detached

Feel guilt

Insecure

Crying no reason

Pressure in head

Brain zaps like im goin crazy

I think its time to try antidepressants..

I have very few good days now..

And iv got 2 boys to raise 😢

I'm so sorry your going through that....and SSRI's are just a tool to help some who take them like myself cope with the mood swings and the pit falls are not so deep. Take care.

28 years ago I was in deep trouble, I was having a massive break down saw no way out. Thankfully I didnt give up went on antidepression medication for the first time . It worked to bring me round, the begining of a long hard road. I would not give up, now thankfully Im ok still have problems but I have learned to cope. so can you.
