Please just know you’re not alone. I live with social anxiety and am pretty much a homebody. The best I can tell you is I can empathize and know that there’s a lot of us out there with similar challenges.

thanks. it feels very strange talking about this but also comforting, knowing i can just say whats on my mind without needing to explain
