No motivation for physical activity, need other alternatives to depression naps

I know moving my body and getting some sunshine will make me feel a bit better, but all I feel like doing is remaining sedentary. I enjoy doing yoga and taking walks, but even those little things seem like huge feats that require a great deal of motivation. I don't have the funds or transportation to go to a gym; I have a bicycle, a yoga mat/free yoga videos online, and a pair of beat up gym shoes. The urge to just nap this afternoon is so strong, and I somehow feel justified in doing that because I made 2 semi-important phone calls today (one tracking a return I made and the other registering for school). I enjoy the feeling of accomplishing something, and I've seen posts other places of people cooking and baking to relieve stress/depression, so I may try that. Or maybe I'll make a Spotify playlist...I don't know, I'll find something.

i feel exactly the same today. i find that dancing around in my apartment helps bring those energy levels up a bit

Try doing some body weight exercise. Look up your body is your own gym. They have an app as well. Even if you do just one exercise. It’s better than nothing.
