My prescribed anxiety meds come up on drug tests?

I am finally feeling alil better. I am taking my meds as prescribed and I am now looking for work and I came up dirty on a drug test. Now I think I should stop taking them for awhile just so I can get a job. I am not sure what to do. Has anybody been through this?

It was an agency. And yes I did. I have an official drug test not later then Thursday Afternoon. I am going to be honest that's all I can do.

I think I did read about some meds that can cause you to fail a drug test, sorry forgetting what one(s). I would be honest with them, try to contact your doctor... maybe they can give you a note...?

The drug testing company is supposed to call you to see if you have a prescription (not older than a year). They may ask you if it is okay then to check with your pharmacy. That has been my experience. Went through it with job and custody. It does not count as a positive (for drugs) result.
