Chronic sinusitis?

Chest tightness, choking feeling, dry cough, soar throught, chest pain if my lungs are strained, short breath, activity causes tiredness in breathing fast (like I've been jogging). I use nasal spray, coryx, cough medicine, throught spray. The breathing problem still persists. The doctor says it's Sinusitis, but I don't think it is Sinusitis.

Eaglelee, Is this your regular doctor diagnosing you? Check the ingredients in those meds and sprays you are using. You'd be surprised in how many times they exacerbate anxiety symptoms. I would suggest getting a second opinion. All this sounds physically stressing.

I was thinking that Sinusitis was too an easy of diagnosis, I'll check it out for sure, thanks.

I have sinusitis, I have painfull sinus headaches, fatigue post Nasal drip, stuffiness, soar throat. It gets better then comes back again. But not the cough or chest pain. Did you get a chest x-ray ?

I did get a chest x-ray and heart test, it was all fine.

Classic symptoms of reactive airway, can happen with upper airway inflammation.. see a pulmonary doctor
