life update

so dealing with anxiety is ten times worse when no one understands and i thought it would go away if i was surronded by postive people. no. it doesn't because my dad thinks im selfish for nagging him to take my cousins to the movies. i don't get it because im not being selfish, im doing it so they could have fun bc they have like almost less than a month here. and i love my dad but sometimes he can just be a thorn or a brick or even a stone in the path. i just hate life right now.

Hi Sarah, I'm sorry that you're going through hard times. Yes when someone doesn't understand what we're going through it's hard.

They don't have a clue what anxiety does to our body. Have you talk to your dad on what's going on with your health? I wish you the best and may GOD bless you and your family.
