What a week, time to try and buck up for the next one.

Well, this week proved to be very challenging. I had been doing a decent job the last month or so of trying the whole fake it til you make it mantra hoping that by exposing myself to situations(mainly work) that I would start to feel better. For some reason Monday I was feeling really anxious with lots of depression. Tuesday was horrible I kept having to find places to at work to hide while I switched from moments of complete panic to moments of uncontrollable crying. I ended up off of work the rest of the week and had difficulty even doing the most basic things and was back to being afraid to leave the house. Friday I had dr appointment and it was decided that a med change was needed. Started that yesterday and all I can do is hope that this is the combo that clicks and I can get back to my life.

Hang in there man, I know you've been having a hard time. I know that you're eventually going to get this worked out and things will calm down again.

Please hang in there. You are trying and hopefully the med change will make a difference. Do you have anyone you can talk to? Have you considered counseling? There is hope!
