Hello. It's easy for me to look at everything that's wrong in my life. I can feel lonely, worried about the future, money situatins, ect. The battlefield is in our thinking and also in our emotions. We can easily be led by how we feel. The choice to focus on the positive, I can see, hear, walk, talk..etc. helps me flip the negative script. If we choose to believe the negative, we can choose to believe the positive. We are only a choice away.

I love this. I am realizing that when I focus on my blessings and what is going right, my mood and perspective changes. The brain is programed to focus on the negative (out of survival from our ancestors). Our brains remember negative experiences more that positive ones. So we are set up biologically to feel depressed. Focusing on the positive does not come naturally. But when I do, I feel better.
