I just joined here.. I'm not quite sure what to say. I deal with anxiety and depression. And I fight against an eating disorder daily. I'm not able to get professional help at the moment unless I go to a hospital so i guess this was kind of a last resort

Anxiety and depression really stuck and are very sticky illnesses but we can overcome them. These forums are a great place to find support and get things off your chest. Feel free to let it all out and really open up about your experience, no one will judge you and someone will be able to relate and give feedback
