I have had it and it turned out to be a problem with a muscle in my neck. It's called the SCM muscle and if it is wonky it can cause lots of pain and discomfort around the neck, head, ears, sinus, eyes, jaw etc.

It's nothing serious somdont be worrying about it, you need to learn how to stretch the area and eventually it will ease.

Try these in the link below.

And these...

Do the neck stuff first, read on the page how long to do it for etc, then if you need to after a few weeks add in the shoulder stuff.

Do the neck exercises up to 3 times per day, then after about 6 weeks do them twice per day then once a day after 8 weeks. You might feel more pain for the first 2 weeks but it should ease eventually. It only takes about 5 minutes each time you do them.

If they don't work for you then you might find stuff on YouTube that can help. But at least give them a go..

Good luck.

Anxiety can be very tricky. I suffer from PTSS , general anxiety disorder panic attacks even depression it’s taken 4 years for me to find my way back to life. I also am battling short term memory loss it eventually comes back. Severe Trauma is creates so many side effects.. I had a doctor over medicating me and was having drug induced sizeures. I quit all meds all at once that I were taking to treat so many symptoms. It was hard, I retrained my brain using different coping skills. I do still take anxiety medicine and add medicine. I do a lot of reading for my disorders. It has has helped tremendously. I do have a best friend that is a incredible amount of help to me she listens hears me and understands me 100%. My boyfriend is also very supportive and has been my saving grace. We think that we have no purpose and ending it all would be so easy. My thoughts on that are very selfish the more I thought, that’s the easy way out and taking your pain and putting on others. I’ve lost good jobs my own business about to loose my house, not that I’m 95% better and very proud of what I’ve overcome, my daughter is a cancer survivor, I had a two months of fresh air and thought it’s all gonna be ok. Then my house burned down I was in it I suffered 1,2,3, degree burn, internal MrSa that took over... staph in blood stream I saw the bright light as I drifted offs nurse was giving me ice bath a three box fans in me I stayed in hospital 6 months and in and out of hospital numerous times before geeting better. Skin graphs that I had remind me daily the house burning down loosing everything I had, my kids were gone at time house caught fire we lost our family Labrador Dog, moved three times while House was being built for various reason. Not anything we did. I had great insurance and have a nicer home with upgrades , my daughter is well .... god was my pilot and he has answered more prayers than I can even remember them all. I also went through a breakup/10 year engagement. My devotional books have been a huge help getting through the pain and scars of it all. God had a purpose for me to stay on this earth or he would have taking me a long time ago. Today I remind myself how bad things were and even more porous I found strength that taught me how strong I am, effort that kept me from Never giving up,having god answering so many prayers I learned he never does leave our side. I learn how to listen in his silence. God doesn’t always say yes , no and sometimes maybe. He will show you the way. I still have hurdles to jump along with good days and bad days. I was in a bad car wreck after fire that landed me in hospital. I took a 12 foot fall. Off a ladder after car wreck and back in hospital. I was even arrested twice for missing court. I made poor decisions being sick mentally physically and emotionally. I have never been in trouble with law not even a ticket my I was playing Russian Rullet, I would call it dancing with the devil. I finally turned it all over to god and things began to look up...as I learned to receive his message and him answering prayers. God is good!!! Pray for his guidance, to give you strength and he will show you the way.May god bless you through you trials and troubles. Dig for strength and remind yourself..... I got this!!! Don’t blame yourself for poor decisions, we all have different battles and some have way worse than others have it. Stay strong and feel free to reach out to me if you need someone to talk to that understands!!!

Love and prayers to all!!

Anxiety can cause all kinds of strange things to happen to our bodies. I have had my lower extremities in my leg go completely numb I could walk for about 45 mins. I honestly thought my days of walking were over. Thankful all the feeling came back . I still will have spells of tingling numb feeling in hands and feet. When I here sirens , smell fire , candles , fire flames even the breaking of glass it sends me into a major panic attack. I’ve learned to breath through it and focus on things that make me happy.

When someone drops something I get very nervous but thank God it doesn't stay just for a minute or two. Loud sounds gets me and I remember when my mom was living the drop of a sound gets her too, she use to complain about her neighbors making noises, she lived in an apartment, she even moved a couple of times into another apartment but the high rise, the mind can make you feel awful.
