That's too bad! I do have some sleep issues & think they do contribute but I've been watching asmr videos online that help me fall asleep better also supplements that help natural calm &can possibly help contribute to healthy sleep like very small dose of supplement melatonin, & b vitamins and there's also things like valerian, lemon balm, Passion flower. maybe do some research online on these ask questions!! Everyone is diff though not 1 size fits all so see what may work for you! Also a good exercise schedule can really help some!☺️
I struggled with horrible insomnia for months, getting on an ssri Lexapro has helped a lot my sleep has greatly improved along with my depression and anxiety. I still take some ambien to sleep but I am sleeping. Before I was getting maybe 3 or 4 choppy hours of sleep per night.
I am sorry ur experiencing that. There are some beginner yoga videos that helped me get to sleep on YouTube. Also, no caffeine or sweets 2-3 hours before sleeping. I have also done breathing exercises and massaging my hands and feet. A couple of drops of lavender on my pillow. Chamomile tea or warm milk and hot shower or bath to ease ur body into bed. Hope some of this helps. 🙏❤️
