Quiet at therapy

I’ve had moments where I just sit at my Drs office and let him do the talking. Sometimes I feel drained with no motivation or urge to talk. It does happen to me from time to time. This usually happens the day after a stressful day. If I have a day of excessive anxiety, worrying, depression, then the following day I’ll feel drained quiet and depressed. Samson

I’m new here and have anxiety and depression. Sending hugs. Anxiety takes a lot out of you. Just remember there are people who care.

I understand your struggle at times of not wanting to talk. I sometimes find it easier to write down what I am feeling. You can always share what you wrote with your doctor the next time you meet. Know you are not alone, there are others here who understand and are here for you to share with. I will be praying for you. Hugs.
