Worklife and Future ?

Hello Everyone,

I suffer from anxiety disorder. Even if i know that i can not think rationally, sometimes a disturbing idea (especially about worklife or future) comes to my mind and devastates me. Its intensity is lower than past but it never ends. How about reasons for your anxiety? Are they also about worklife and future?
