Excersing helps sometimes..

I don't know how many of you have tried but I used to go to the gym alot before I had my youngest who's autistic now it's few and far in between. On days I have off I've started doing yoga again in the morning if I can even if it's just 15-20 mins and I find that it generally REALLY lifts my mood and starts my day out better. It's way more peaceful and not as intense and easy for alot of different age groups to do. I know some of your are probably like yeah right and it's hard enough just getting out of bed in the morning but if you just push through that laziness and try it I really think some of you'd be surprised how it benefits you. No crazy poses even 15min beginners yoga on YouTube will do.. just trying to suggest something that helps me even though it may not work for everyone. But can't hurt to try right?! Hope this helps!! Hi Romanharper2013! That’s great you’ve found what works for you. For me right now exercising is the most helpful thing for anxiety and depression. I usually run, walk or even skateboard 20 minutes twice a day to take the kids to and from school. I will need extra motivation to continue exercising after the kids get out of school for the summer. I used to do yoga but lately I find holding most poses gives me anxiety. Best to you 😊
