Started a week ago. Started with 10 mg, my anxiety lessened substantially. However the nausea been awful. I upped to 20 mg today, after my week Mark. Does this get better or

Go away?

Tell the doctor it makes you have nausea. Maybe he/she needs to change it.

Hey there! I've been on prozac for about 4 weeks now and the side affects are barely starting to go away. my biggest side affects were increased anxiety and insomnia, never had nausea with prozac...although I'm not sure if its really helping me much, I have an appointment on Thursday with my psychiatrist to see about getting them adjusted. but from what I'm told everybody reacts differently to different meds.
