I have suffered since childhood with high anxiety and mostly learned to turn it into positive energy. However, when I was thirty and in a very stressful job and lifestyle, I began to have full on panic attacks. Again I learned to handle those and live with them. In the last couple of years, I have had a number of colorectal surgeries, one of which when wrong and caused six episodes of sepsis for which I was hospitalised until the surgery was redone. After this everything became uncontrollable. I was diagnosed with PTSD and Post Sepsis Syndrome (mostly the same symptoms). Life became unbearable and am treatment resistance. I must have been on every known drug at this stage. However, I discovered a therapy developed by Marisa Peer that she calls Rapid Transformational Therapy and it helped, it helped a lot, a lot more than any medication I had tried (none of which worked for me). I am in a better place. In time I hope to 'get my life back'
