Not happy

So who else wakes up feeling awesome and great and then an hour later your driving to work and start feeling confused and lost. Chest aches, my head feels full. But I don't feel anxious, I'm calm well I think so. Now my arms feel tingly but only where they fold by my elbow. My neck aches and I hate this feeling. Who else gets this way.

yeah i have my ups and downs. mostly just the chest aches. i appreciate those moments when i feel okay.
