Blue

I remember as a child my grandmother saying she was blue I never understood what she meant until now. Why blue? Feel the same loneliness makes me feel blue.

yea this is interesting- why blue? blue is actually a very beautiful color & can be very positive- a beautiful blue sky, blue birds, blue butterflies, blue berries, blue Dolphins, blue ocean..... lots of beauty in blues!!!!🐠🐟🐋🐬🐳👕🌎💦🚣🏼🏊🏼🏄🏼🏝⛲️🌈 But I understand what your saying it's tough and sorry if you are feeling " blue" as in down& depressed💞

depression is a very lonely feeling disease....it's not our fault, and it's not because of any particular reason you feel blue. I spent years of my life thinking all of my disease was due to what had happened to me as a child, until one by one...it boiled down to mostly because I have a disease which just amplified everything that I was trying to recover from. It seems to be hereditary....it's been in my family for generations...and is a chemical imbalance. Some of us in my family have it worse than others, and some have other stuff too. What have you done so far in dealing with your depression?...therapy, etc.

I’m currently in therapy just want to feel better and be normal , thanks for your support
