Hello-An introduction of sorts

Hello, I'm Andie. I'm 21 and I've been diagnosed as clinically depressed for 8 years, as well as with generalized anxiety for about 6 years. I was just recently diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder and Dissociative Identity Disorder within the last year. I'm just looking for a place to talk to like minded people and vent about some of the struggles of dealing with these disorders. I'm always happy to listen and try to help. But yea. Hi!

Hellow Andie! I have all of those diagnoses as well. I am so sorry about the things you have had to endure to get diagnosed with these, but they suggest no flaw on your part whatsoever; however, they do suggest that we live in a very messed-up and flawed world. There is nothing wrong with you! You are perfect and special just as you are!

I believe that you are in the right place here. And you are still so young and seeking help already? That is so brave and wise. That tells me that you have a great head on your shoulders, diagnoses and all!
