So desperate

I have been suffering for almost 2 years with depression and anxiety and apparently is because I want to, I can't find the way to get motivation in life. I am destroying everything I have it is ridiculous, something inside of me is making me do it

Hi cncn, I've not yet anyone who made an active choice to have anxiety and depression. I think people who have not experienced it for themselves might think it's something you have control over but we know it's not that easy. One of the consequences of anxiety is we often think everything is our fault and we are actively damaging things around us. Be kind to yourself and maybe find some ways to help yourself such as therapy or self help books. You are not your depression. Good luck, thinking of you
