Weekend anxiety

Already tonight I'm feeling anxiety about trying to go for 10 minute walk again tomorrow. Hate this anxious feeling. Anyhoo I hope you all have a great Sunday😀

Try tricking yourself. Tell yourself you won’t go for a walk. Then tomorrow go for a walk. I did that once to allow myself to fall asleep. It worked. I don’t know if it will for you but I figured I would share it anyway.

Hi my friend I hope you've had a good weekend so far! I ve not been to bad just had a accident on Thursday when I fell outside hitting the back of my head just kept a eye on it and took painkillers for the last few days the only think is it knocked my confidence and my necks tender! I'm going to my gp to ask for another walking stick as my balance is poor! Like you've said in the past utah has great scenery why don't you go for short walk in the morning! You are not a quitter so you will beat this god bless you best wishes David! 😀

Thank you David! Please be careful out there. I'm so glad you had pain killers to relieve your pain. Utah is beautiful I just have this crippling anxiety that continues to dominate my life! Ugh I just keep trying everyday to fight it. I went for my walk yesterday tho!! Yea!!!
