Try to focus on the present moment. Distract your mind. Read a book or watch a movie you like. Anything that keeps you focused on the present moment. That is what helps me. I hope it helps you.

Thanks. That is what I usually do is read. But it is the time right when I wake up still in bed and then a short time trying to wake up first before I start reading.

That’s tricky. I remember feeling like that when I was in highschool. I would get panic attacks in class. When my alarm clock would go off I would start to shake. I eventually had a mental breakdown.
