I am confused !

I am really confused about if i am right or wrong. I personally feel I think sensibly about my family. But still I feel very lonly when nobody bothers to here me. I find my emotions are my strongest enemy. But don't know how to get rid of them.

Praying for you Roy1978. I encourage you to talk to someone about this. This will help you determine the truth about the lies your emotions are telling you. I find doing positive affirmations and meditating help(You tube has an abundance)

Roy1978, You will not get rid of these emotion easily if you do not like yourself enough, please look into that areas, go on YouTube and listen motivation talks on this subjects, it will help you enormously to deal with these or similar feelings.
