How to approach?

I've got my own experience, knowledge and insight... but I don't want to say the wrong thing to someone, or say something and then it's perceived wrongly, or so on. There's many I would like to talk to or help, but I just can't find the right words.

Just speak from your own experiences, share similar situations, if it comes from your heart and desire to help someone here, I doubt you will say the “wrong” thing! If it seems someone didn’t understand what you said, you can always reply back and rephrase what you meant! But please share your insights and experiences- you could be helping many and that always makes one feel good about themselves if they shared a similar situation and it helped one person- and that you care so much about what/how you say something, I think that caring will come thru and you’ll do just great! Please do join and even listening to someone is of great benefit! I look forward to seeing some posts from eaglelee! M

Honestly theirs nothing you can say that is wrong. Well my personal opinion we all have anxieties and depression and panic. I'm all for what you have to share you never know it might just help me or someone. So go for it.

Yes, go for it...and I read somewhere and might have posted before- Remember “everyone you meet, or talk to is afraid of something, loves something, and has lost something.” So there no right or wrong and we all share this in common. Not sure if that’s helpful, but I posted it anyway..maybe it will be. I’ll find out and either way, I tried and no harm done but maybe one person finds they relate to it. But won’t know if I don’t try! I’m sure you’ll do great! M

I believe that so long as you are honest and own that these are your feelings and interpretations on an illness that has so very many nuances and manifestations then you can do no harm. Keep battling your own battle, share your insights and allow others to choose to take what they want from your comments. We all know that they are coming form a very personal perspective so no one should be offended. Good luck with your battle
