It’s good to hear you have found ways to manage your feeling down times...I too can often find some peace in something on tv, a good movie or series, it can give great peace for that time.

Hi Jessie. When I am suffering from bouts of depression the only thing I can do is take myself off to the safety of my room for however long it takes. I've discovered there are a couple of films that are my 'comfort watch'. They are easy to watch and take my mind somewhere else.xxx
