Emetophobia?

Anyone else suffer from the fear of vomiting? Well; I do. I woke up today nauseated and it’s got me anxious bad. If you have it; do you have ways to make it better? Do you have any tips? How do you handle it?

My husband hasn't been diagnosed but will do anything not to throw up I have no clue how he does it. Some mornings pepto helps or he also takes CBD oil or if you are into it straight marijuana does the trick. Sometimes just deep breathing can do more wonders than you think. Are you nauseated from drinking, nerves, the flu or what ever else can make you nauseous?

I don't drink. It most likely is nerves, food I choose to eat, and acid reflux.

Sounds a lot like my husband he has gerd which we think is mostly brought on my stress/ anxiety and living on mt dew for over ten years. A bland diet (sounds lame I know) and CBD oil have really helped him. CBD is from marijuana but legal in most states bc it doesn't have THC. Have you tried probiotics at all? I find those helpful to the point where I'm starting to believe that the stomach is the second brain stuff.
