Does anyone have any tips for meditation? If anyone would share their routine for their meditation practices as a model, I would greatly appreciate it. I've tried meditation for the past few weeks but can't seem to set a concrete routine for it. Any advice or suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

You could set an alarm or two to remind you to meditate at times when you are most likely to be free. It’s good to start the morning with one and then when you are winding down at the end of the day maybe to relieve the day’s stresses.
t_nguyen701, it is a daily practice that becomes so automatic that you take brief respites throughout the day. Deep Breathing is with me from morning til night. It has made a positive impact on overcoming my Agoraphobia and Anxiety. The idea is to keep ourselves in a calm, accepting place when going through the day. As in breathing, our minds also need to refocus on serenity and peace which puts our worries in perspective.
YouTube offers many Audio Meditation/DeepBreathing exercises that allow that escape for 1-2-3 minutes to 5-10 min get a ways. These can be done at any time even at work. The longer meditations can be done before bed at night. Starting each day with deep breathing and meditation is a good way to erase any negative thoughts and start your day positively.
Fine the shortest meditations to begin with. Your body will let you know when you need to go back for a few moments. Instead of floating throughout the day in anxiety, I know can find peace and tranquility with these momentary escapes. Breathe my friend x
