I don’t feel good anymore

I have major depression. I have suffered for years. I have been feeling good for the past couple years but depression and loneliness have resurfaced. I lost my mom and dad about a year and a half ago. I lost my sister about 9 years ago. I dealt with the grief of losing her but honestly think I haven’t dealt with the loss of my parents. I feel so sad and lonely. I have no insurance at present and need to get back into therapy. I don’t know what I’m hoping for from this post. Maybe somebody can help

Thank you for sharing. A lot of therapists will work with you in regards to payment if you don't have insurance. Its worth while to call around to see what your options are. Local support groups might be helpful too. Groups specific to loss of loved ones are fairly common and free. Losing parents is a significant loss and you have a right to your feelings of loss. I hope you find what you need.

Can’t imagine what you’re going through iamjuju. Maybe you can get back to a hobby that you once enjoyed doing, read a good book, or exercise. I think the best thing is to stay really busy and keep your mind occupied. I hope you can seek the help you need soon. Keep in touch.
