It’s now three months since he left. He was so cruel and unkind to me. Only half my heart pumps, so hurt. Just want to feel better and get the other half pumping. Again 😪

hi Marielle...it sounds like your stuck...and I'm sorry your not able to move forward with your grief over your ex-...but I was wondering if your sad because your missing him or sad because he broke your heart.....you said: 'He was so cruel and unkind to me', I would ask you to maybe think about how you no longer have him treating you this way...many people leave a relationship because they are being treated badly, and usually feel relief for no longer enduing being treated badly.

I'm sorry you are in pain, it's hard to get over heart ache. It is possible to live and love again and for your heart to be full. Perhaps right now you could remind yourself just to enjoy today. Take care xx
