I am doing well. My Daughter and I are planning a retro Christmas. Which means we are trying to replicate the kind of Xmas my Mother-in-law used to create. This is our gift to my Husband. We are even making Mince Meat Pies. We aren't into gift giving as much as doing things for each other. It is more fun than Christmas shopping . And what are you up to ? Nosey people want to know. Pam

I'm up to 5'4" these days, shrunk an inch, ha! No I'm peachy keen and so excited for Christmas this year to be with our son who has come back to us after 4 years of no speaking..I need no more...just to be with my hubby and kids...food , love & laughter..all I need...

I've got it in my heart this year...
Here's the story ~ Last night my honey & I played Santa on our 8 yr. old grandson...he's starting to Question...so last week when he saw the Fake Santa..his dad told him sometimes the real one checks in..he got off Santa's lap & said dad I think it was the real one...
So I got a 2ft. plastic candy cane for him...he doesn't like candy! I have sleigh bells also, along with a red coat & Santa hat, my hubby has a tummy so he can pull it off, ha! We went to the back door..I laid the candy cane down, hubby ho ho ho'd & rang the bells...feet don't fail us now..get out of dodge! We did..got in the car, our grandson couldn't see us , I'm sure his dad could...he was looking out the front door, then they all came walking out to go around back..as we were driving away we could see them looking maybe for footprints...got a text from our son...he said we pulled it off hook , line & sinker, oh they had just been at the store & he wanted that exact candy cane, didn't get it.. he did in the end & really believes now...Now Who was behind us pulling this off..Well we know who J....don't we? Our son also said it is a memory of a lifetime...after me coming up with this grand idea & pulling it off...I'm so excited for Christmas this year..like when I was a kid...
I've got the Spirit in my heart...
