Welcome Shola...i hope you get the advice and care and kindness from the wonderful ppl here. Each and everyone amazing so if you are having a down day...dont hesitate to chat away. We have pretty much all been in the same situ with anxiety and depression...it helps when speaking to others. Some of us at the other end of it and been recovered for a while yet still need support for occasional wobbles...some are in the middle and some at the beginning. I call it my emotional rollercoaster and whatever seat you are in...front...middle...end..the support is here for you. Take care. Janie
